Boat Style uses Australia Post for all deliveries.
All orders are sent registered mail and require a signature upon delivery.
Australia Post generally delivers between 8am – 5pm and will attempt to deliver your order personally. Consider having your order shipped to your work address. Should an attempt be made to deliver your order when you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox with the details of how you can collect your order from your local post office.
We use satchels and boxes to deliver our parcels. We do our best to package your order to avoid any breakages and minimise delivery costs.
Boat Style ships orders worldwide. All International parcels are sent Express Post International via Australia Post.
All prices are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and include GST (10%).
Any duties applicable in the receiving country will be payable by the receiver.
Boat Style will endeavor to always meet delivery time estimates, however delays are sometimes experienced due to circumstances beyond our control. As we don’t keep all products in stock, they may need to be ordered from our suppliers. Your order will be dispatched once your entire order is complete. Sometimes products may be out of stock or no longer available, Boat Style will notify you immediately.
If you would like to split your order to receive some products now and others later, please contact us as this will incur additional freight costs.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address please contact us immediately, Boat Style isn’t obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
All items purchased from Boat Style are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
