Approach
Short-Term Contract / Consulting Engagement: typically 3–6 months, 3–5 days per week,
with clearly defined deliverables and milestones. 
• A blend of shoreside (remote or office-based) work with targeted time aboard for audits, workshopping, and critical handover points.
• Close partnership with owners, family offices, Captains, and heads of department to ensure recommendations are practical, adopted, and sustainable beyond the term of the engagement.
• All work products are designed for a smooth handover and to preserve continuity.
